WHY PUBLIC ART?
Public art can simply make life more beautiful. Public art benefits local tourism and offers extensive cultural, social, and economic value. Public art plays a key role in placemaking by enhancing the quality of place for residents, and supporting community-wide efforts in attracting and retaining talent.
SUPPORTING PUBLIC ART IN KOSCIUSKO COUNTY
The “All Things Art Kosciusko” Fund was created to offer private contributors the opportunity to support new and existing public art in Kosciusko County.
- The Fund is within the Kosciusko Development Land Trust, a 501(c)(3) entity and part of the KEDCO family of businesses, to accept charitable contributions for public art from individuals, businesses, and corporations.
- The Fund provides money to units of local government (cities, towns, and county) to acquire public art.
- Contributors may designate their support to a specific municipality/community within the County.
MAKE A CONTRIBUTION
Checks are accepted and should be made payable to: KDLT, 207 S Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580. Indicate All Things Art Fund in Memo, and include community designation if desired.
